The Kitchen Manager will oversee the operations of the Ranger Deli and Subway Express locations in Monahans, TX. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage kitchen staff and ensure efficient food preparation and service
• Oversee food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness of all areas
• Ensure smooth operation of the point-of-sale system
• Safeguard cash and inventory
• Provide excellent customer service and lead a motivated team

Requirements

• At least 1 year of restaurant management experience
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
