About the role
Tigg's Canteen Services is seeking a Permanent Full-Time Kitchen Manager for Fayette County Jail in Connersville, IN.
Responsibilities
- Work well in a structured correctional environment
- Read and follow company recipes
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Lead, instruct, and assist with meal preparations including food preparation, baking, cooking, and clean-up
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work well in a structured correctional environment

Requirements
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays on a rotating basis
- Flexibility to work varying shifts - days and hours (between 9:00am - 6:00pm)
- C clearance approval into the facility
- Previous food service or kitchen experience is a plus, but training will be provided to the right candidate
Pay
$22.00 per hour
