About the role
At Aspen Creek Grill, our Kitchen Manager needs to know everything about back of house operations—on opening, mid-, or closing shifts.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Full casual dining or casual plus environment, a plus
- Hands-on experience in back of house
- Previous exposure to a scratch kitchen, a BIG advantage
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Availability to work a flexible schedule (open, mid, close)
- Minimum 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States
- Bilingual, a plus
