About the role
Aspen Creek Grill is seeking a Kitchen Manager who will be responsible for all back-of-house operations on opening, mid-, and closing shifts. The ideal candidate is a positive, outgoing, and engaged leader with a sense of urgency, who can coach others to success and has a strong entrepreneurial drive.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Full Casual Dining or Casual Plus environment, a plus
- Hands-on experience in back of house
- Previous exposure to a scratch kitchen, a BIG advantage
- Familiarity with POS Systems
- Availability to work a flexible schedule (open, mid, close)
- Minimum 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States
- Bilingual, a plus
