Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the kitchen
- Manage kitchen staff, including scheduling and training
- Ensure all food is prepared to company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Order and maintain inventory of kitchen supplies
- Auxiliary with menu planning and recipe development
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a kitchen leadership role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
