Kitchen Install Helper

Mad City Windows & Baths, a company backed by Renuity, is a reputable, well-established remodeling company expanding rapidly throughout the Midwest and East Coast. We are looking for A-Team players with basic remodeling or general construction experience to join our team.

About the role

As a remodeling helper, you will show up to work each day, complete quality installations, answer homeowners' questions about the install, and connect the homeowner with the office to receive final payment.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
• Apply finish work as needed for every application
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect

Requirements

• 6+ months of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience
• Some window installation experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members
• High quality of work standards
• At least 21 years of age or older
