Kitchen Expo - Bubba Gump

About the role

The Kitchen Expo assists servers in all aspects of the dining experience by preparing meal trays and supporting front-of-house operations. This role requires a high level of professional and personalized guest service that aligns with the Company’s brand standards and core values.

Responsibilities

• Fills individual serving cartons with portions of various foods and condiments such as cream, jams, and sauces.
• Portions and garnishes hot cooked foods, such as meat and vegetables, into individual serving dishes.
• Removes plates from the table once guests are finished with their meal.
• Prepares garnishments during designated shifts.
• During the closing shift, cleans all stainless-steel shelves, puts away condiments, and restocks supplies.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Valid health card required.
• Strong people skills, a clean and well-groomed appearance, and respectful demeanor.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
