Responsibilities
- Complete every job to HOODZ quality standards — zero callbacks, every time
- Set up each site safely using proper PPE, ladder protocols, and lockout procedures
- Protect the customer's kitchen and equipment during cleaning and teardown
- Document work with before/after photos and job reports accurately and on time
- Maintain your truck — daily inspections, organized equipment, report issues immediately
- Communicate clearly with customers on-site and the Hoodz operations manager: check-in, status updates, check-out
- Train and develop your crew partner (Crew Leader track) and hold them to the standard
Qualifications
- Experience in leading a team, ensuring all members are aligned with safety and quality standards
- Ability to communicate effectively with both team members and clients, fostering a collaborative work environment
- Proven track record of maintaining equipment and vehicles, ensuring they are in top working condition
- Familiarity with safety protocols, including PPE usage, ladder safety, and lockout procedures
- Skill in documenting work accurately, with attention to detail in reports and photographic evidence
- Capability to train and mentor team members, guiding them towards achieving crew leader status
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple job sites and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Willing and able to work overnight shifts (Sunday-Thursday, 6 pm-9 am typical)

Compensation
$20 - $35/hour
