Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Proven track of providing excellent results, shows persistence and perseverance;
- Demonstrates care and compassion for people; shows empathy and concern.
- Able to build and maintain positive team relationships, relates well to diverse people; is approachable;
- Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and a variety of other kitchen equipment;
- Follow recipe specifications and portion food products according to company standards;
- Maintains standards for quality, cleanliness, organization, customer service, safety, loss prevention, sanitation, store conditions and food safety;
- Fills and re-stocks front counter utensils, water sanitizer, vegetables, and drinks;
- Ensure all prepared food items are weighed, labeled, dated, packaged and rotated according to company standards;
- Follows procedures for voids, refunds, transaction cancellation and all saved recall transactions;
- Responsible for personal Cashier Productivity;
- Takes food orders in person and by telephone;
- All other duties as assigned.
Education And Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent;
- Valid Food Handlers Card;
- Customer Service and retail experience desirable.
Physical Demands And Work Conditions
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and use the hands to handle objects, tools, or controls.
- WALKING: Continuously, throughout shift, while moving about the store and handling merchandise.
- STANDING: Continuously, throughout shift.
- LIFTING: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
