Responsibilities

• Proven track record of providing excellent results, showing persistence and perseverance
• Demonstrates care and compassion for people, showing empathy and concern
• Able to build and maintain positive team relationships, relating well to diverse people; is approachable
• Maintains high standards for quality, cleanliness, organization, customer service, safety, loss prevention, sanitation, store conditions, and food safety
• Assists cooks with making specific dishes
• Fills and re-stocks front counter utensils, water sanitizer, vegetables, and drinks
• Follows procedures for voids, refunds, transaction cancellation, and all saved recall transactions
• Responsible for personal cashier productivity
• Takes food orders in person and by telephone
• All other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

• Valid Food Handlers Card
• Customer Service and retail experience desirable

Physical Demands and Work Conditions

• WALKING: Continuously, throughout shift, while moving about the store and handling merchandise
• STANDING: Continuously, throughout shift
• LIFTING: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay

The pay scale for this position ranges from $17.40 to $19.88 per hour, based on individual performance, skills, and experience.
