Eccleshare Court Nursing Home is one of the leading specialist dementia homes in Lincoln. You are guaranteed a warm welcome. Our friendly team, led by the Manager, helps create a family atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Help our chefs prepare & deliver stunning food for our residents.
• Make sure that the food is correctly labelled & meets the specific dietary requirements for our Residents.
• Wastage from the preparation is kept to a minimum.
• Follow COSHH & Health & Safety Standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Kitchen Assistant or a similar role.
• Good knowledge & experience with food safety.
• Friendly & approachable and work well in a team.
• Knowledge of COSHH & Health & Safety standards.
• An understanding of the care sector would be advantageous.
