Job Opportunities

  • About the role

    Supports the mission of the diocese by providing administrative support to various offices and ministries.
    • Responsibilities

      Handle incoming correspondence, schedule meetings, manage calendars, assist with event planning, and provide general office support.
    • Requirements

      High school diploma or equivalent, strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Qualifications

      Experience in an administrative setting is preferred, but not required. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to the values of the diocese.
    • Skills

      Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong attention to detail.

      $X per hour, commensurate with experience.
