Kitchen and Bath Designer (Design Sales)- Savannah
ProSource of Savannah is seeking an in-person Kitchen and Bath Designer (Design Sales) with a base salary of $40k-$45k plus bonus and commission opportunities. First-year potential earnings range from $55k to $65k.
About the role
As a ProSource Kitchen and Bath Designer, you’ll help trade professionals and their clients complete successful projects by designing and quoting cabinetry solutions. ProSource operates as a wholesale business, prioritizing relationships over retail transactions. The role offers a great work-life balance with Monday through Friday hours and Saturdays by appointment only.
Responsibilities
- Build the business from an existing customer base while collaborating with the sales team
- Design and quote cabinetry projects tailored to client specifications using Cyncly Design Flex software
- Manage the full cycle ordering process for kitchen, bath, and other cabinet products
- Maintain pricing and merchandising for the Kitchen and Bath department
- Assist the sales team in gaining product knowledge and promoting the Kitchen and Bath program
- Lead educational events for trade professionals and the sales team
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience designing and selling cabinetry projects
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Cyncly Design Flex software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Sales skills and project management experience (preferred)
- NKBA certification (a plus)

Pay
Base salary: $40,000–$45,000 per year, with bonus and commission potential. First-year earnings potential: $55,000–$65,000.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, with Saturday hours by appointment only.
