About the role

We're hiring an equally results-minded and customer-oriented person to join our Fenton, MO team as a full-time Experienced Bath and Kitchen Designer. This is a collaborative, hands-on role where you'll create impressive plans to fit each client's desires and budget. Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers, project managers, vendors, and trade teams to create and execute quality residential remodeling designs.
• Create construction-ready kitchen and bathroom designs using Revit and 2020 Design Live.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, and renderings while adhering to all building codes and industry regulations.
• Assist clients in selecting cabinetry, fixtures, and finishes within their budget.
• Complete order documentation and verify measurements and details for accuracy before submitting an order.

Requirements

• Experience with kitchen, bathroom, and/or residential remodeling designs.
• Proficiency in Revit and/or 2020 Design Live.
• Working knowledge of detailing and general construction methods.
• Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• NKBA certification (or similar industry credential).
• Design-build experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating an eye for aesthetics and talent for technical execution.

Pay

Experience-based pay of $25.00 - $35.00/hour.
