Team members collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and vendors to deliver projects that align with budgets, timelines, and individual preferences.Role Description The Kitchen and Bath Design & Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Colorado Springs, CO. This position is responsible for meeting with clients in the showroom or at project sites to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets, and then translating those requirements into detailed kitchen and bath designs using design tools and product catalogs. Day-to-day tasks include preparing layouts and renderings, selecting cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, and finishes, and creating professional proposals and quotes. The associate manages the sales process from initial contact through final decisions, follows up with prospects, clients, and coordinates with installers, contractors, and suppliers to support smooth project execution. The role also involves maintaining an organized showroom, staying current on design trends and product knowledge, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and service.QualificationsStrong communication and customer service skills to consult with clients, explain design options, and manage expectations.Knowledge of food preparation and cooking workflows to design practical, ergonomic kitchen layouts that support daily use.Awareness of hygiene, safety, and accessibility considerations in kitchen and bath spaces, including appropriate materials and layouts.Experience or training in interior design, kitchen and bath design, or a related field; familiarity with design software (e.g., CAD) is beneficial.Sales aptitude, including the ability to present solutions, close deals, and work toward individual and team sales goals.Detail orientation and organizational skills for managing measurements, project documentation, and multiple client projects at once.Ability to work on-site in Colorado Springs, CO, including occasional evening or weekend appointments as needed.Background in home remodeling, construction, or cabinetry is a plus; relevant certifications or membership in design associations are advantageous.
