About the role
Under direct supervision of the Cage Supervisor, responsible for the drop and fill processes for kiosks, ATMs, and prize dispensing machines.
Responsibilities
- Open, remove, fill, and secure currency cassettes from kiosks, ATMs, currency dispensers, and Jackpot machines.
- Adhere to all ATM/Kiosk Internal Controls.
- Provide light maintenance to equipment as needed.
- Prepare paperwork for each Drop and Fill.
- Generate reconciliation documents as required.
- Inform supervisors of any irregularities associated with the Drop and Fill processes.
- Ensure machines and surrounding areas are maintained and clean.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information.
- Contribute to a team effort and accomplish related results as required.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED plus one (1) year of cash handling experience.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- No felony, theft, or stealing convictions.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background investigation.
- Must obtain and maintain a gaming license.
Skills
- Knowledge of cash handling techniques.
- Knowledge of modern office practices, procedures, and equipment.
- Knowledge of records management and basic accounting procedures.
- Ability to accurately enter information into computer systems.
- Ability to communicate, read, and write clearly in English.
- Ability to demonstrate outstanding guest service at all times.
- Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with individuals of varying social and cultural backgrounds and with co-workers at all levels.

Physical Demands
- Regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
- Frequently required to walk.
- Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
Work Environment
- Work is generally performed in a fast-paced environment with a high noise level.
- Some work is performed in a casino setting with exposure to second-hand smoke and a high noise level.
- Evenings, graveyards, holidays, and/or weekend work may be required.
- Extended hours and irregular shifts may be required.
