Kinesiologist

About the role

We are seeking Part Time Kinesiologists to assist with the provision of physical therapy and exercise physiology services to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Supports the neuro rehab programs by training patients on exercises, stretches, or therapy to increase mobility and flexibility, manage pain, prevent injury, and facilitate their physical and/or cardiac therapy program.
• Makes sure individual plans of care and exercise prescriptions for cardiopulmonary and/or neuro patients with various medical histories are coordinated with the client, family, and interdisciplinary clinical therapy team.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree with a specialization in Kinesiology from a four-year accredited program.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite products and applications.
• Excellent customer service skills and a customer-service focus in professional interactions along with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills.
