About the role

We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable employee to join our community. The ideal candidate must:

• Have a desire to work in a private, Christian, independent, conservative, evangelical college preparatory school
• Be a spiritually mature and sensitive individual, active in their local Christian church, whose beliefs align with TCA’s Mission Statement, and who understands, supports, and carries out the mission, philosophy, passion, and core values of Trinity Christian Academy
• Exhibit the highest Christian virtue and personal decorum, serving as a Christian role model (1 Timothy 4:12) both in and out of school, and as an example to parents and fellow employees in judgment, dignity, respect, and Christian living
• Have a passion for their areas of specialty, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with parents, alumni, and our TCA community
• Welcome the opportunity to disciple and mentor students, helping develop godly character in their lives
