What You’ll Need

• Education & Experience: High School Diploma/GED +; CDA or higher preferred; Refer to state requirements for lead or assistant teacher qualifications
• Certifications: CPR, First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
• Skills: Strong understanding of child development and classroom management; Creativity and flexibility to adapt lessons for diverse learners; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage families and team members; Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
