About the role

As an Illuminator at Capital Preparatory Schools, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to fostering a safe and engaging learning environment for kindergarten students. Your primary responsibility will be to create a curriculum that supports the social justice model and ensures every graduate moves on to attend college.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, effective, student-centered learning environment that fosters student curiosity.

• Support students to recognize their full potential in all areas of human development.

• Competitive salaries for first-year Illuminators (teachers), ranging from $62,784 for non-certified bachelor's degree holders to $79,200 for those with a master's degree and certification.
• Salary is commensurate with years of lead teaching experience, education level and certification status.
