Other Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To Evaluating students’ academic and social growth, keeping appropriate records, and preparing progress reportsCommunicating with parents via email, conferences, and other means to discuss student progressIdentifying student needs and cooperating with the Subject Experts or other professional staff members in assessing and helping students solve health, attitude, and learning problemsProviding differentiated instruction and executing IEP’s and 504 Plans with fidelitySubstitute/duty coverage as neededSupervise students during classroom transitions throughout the dayOccasionally represent BASIS Ed Texas at designated school wide community events outside of typical school hours Position Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:Eligible to work in Texas Public Schools.A Bachelor’s degree in Education or related subject.Ability to obtain a valid fingerprint clearance through TEA.Preferred Qualifications:A minimum of 3 years of experience as an elementary educator.Master’s degree in Education or related subject.
