Kindergarten Student Support Paraprofessional

About the role

The Clark-Wilkins Elementary School seeks a full-time classroom paraprofessional to support students in kindergarten.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional support to students
• Manage student behaviors
• Collect and analyze accurate data
• Collaborate with colleagues
• Accept feedback and make necessary adjustments
• Communicate clearly in writing and conversation
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Show willingness to learn and adapt

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; College degree and/or paraprofessional certification preferred
• Belief that all individuals can learn and deserve opportunities
• Able to work with students individually and in groups
• Able to collaborate, listen to feedback, and adjust approaches
• Excellent communication skills
• Well-organized, reliable, independent, and willing to collaborate
