We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, duplicated lines, application instructions. Keep substantive info. Let's parse the posting. Content: - Intro: "Grow your teaching career with Bright Horizons, where you can make a meaningful impact on children’s lives every day. Learn from early education experts while having the opportunity to pursue a CDA or college degree at no cost. Experience this and more as a Bright Horizons Kindergarten Prep Teacher." That's about the role. Could be "About the role" section. - Responsibilities: list: "Guide a teaching team to create plans, goals, and lead hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the 4- and 5-year-old children in your classroom", "Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones", "Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines". That's three bullet points. - Qualifications: "Candidates must pass required state and company background checks and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements: Must be 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED At least 90 credits toward bachelor’s degree in early childhood education is required NYS Teaching Certification (B-2, N-6, 1-6, Special Education) or study plan eligibility is preferred 1 year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred Per NYU Langone, Flu Vaccine by October 15th is required" We need to separate maybe Requirements vs Qualifications? The instruction says we can have sections like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide what to put where. The posting lumps qualifications. Could treat as "Qualifications". Could also separate "Requirements" for mandatory items and "Preferred Qualifications" but not required. Since we prefer few substantive sections, we can combine into one "Qualifications" section. - Benefits: list: "Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid vacation, sick, holiday, and parental bonding leave 401(k) retirement plan Long-term and short-term disability insurance Life insurance Money-saving discounts and financial planning tools Career development opportunities and free college degrees through our Horizons CDA & Degree Program Caregiving support and resources for the children and adults in your family" - Pay: "Hourly Rate and Other Compensation Disclosures: The hourly rate for this position is between $23.00 – $28.10 per hour. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors. This position is also eligible for hiring incentive of $1,500 payable after 100 days of employment." Also later "Compensation: $23.00 – $28.10 per hour" duplicate. We should include Pay section with that info. - Schedule: Not explicitly mentioned. There's "This position requires in-person work in the Manhattan, New York area." That's location, not schedule. No schedule info like full-time/part-time, shift. So we should NOT create Schedule section because no specific content. - Skills: Not explicitly listed. Could infer but we should not invent. So omit Skills. - About the role: we have intro paragraph. - Physical Requirements: there is a section about physical requirements. Could be a separate section maybe "Physical Requirements". But the instruction only lists allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It didn't include Physical Requirements. However we could incorporate physical requirements into Responsibilities or Requirements? The instruction says we should use those headings for section headings. It didn't forbid other headings, but says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. suggests those are examples, but we should likely stick to those. However we have physical requirements content that is substantive. Could we place it under "Requirements"? Possibly. The heading "Requirements" could encompass both qualifications and physical requirements. But we already have Qualifications. Maybe we can have "Requirements" for mandatory items (background checks, age, education, flu vaccine) and "Qualifications" for preferred items (certification, experience). But we need to avoid duplication. Let's think: The posting includes "Candidates must pass required state and company background checks and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements: Must be 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED At least 90 credits toward bachelor’s degree in early childhood education is required NYS Teaching Certification (B-2, N-6, 1-6, Special Education) or study plan eligibility is preferred 1 year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred Per NYU Langone, Flu Vaccine by October 15th is required" So mandatory: background checks, 18+, HS diploma/GED, 90 credits toward bachelor's in ECE, flu vaccine by Oct 15. Preferred: NYS Teaching Certification, 1 year experience. We could split: Requirements (mandatory) and Qualifications (preferred). That seems reasonable. Physical requirements: "Physical Requirements: This position requires the employee to comply with all applicable federal, state, local, Bright Horizons’, and client site requirements concerning immunizations, employment physical/screening, and health and safety training. If hired, you will work in person in an early education/preschool child care center to provide supervision, care, curriculum delivery and services per Bright Horizons’ policies, procedures and guidance, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations, and in a manner that will ensure the safety of children in Bright Horizons care and the employee. Frequently lift, carry, or hold children with a range of weight from 10 to 40 pounds; occasionally lift, carry, or hold weight more than 40 pounds Demonstrate full range of motion to lift, reach, squat, climb, sit, and otherwise fully participate in activities Respond immediately and appropriately to multiple or unexpected situations or emergencies Maintain mental and physical alertness and an appropriate level of energy to perform essential job requirements The full set of physical requirements for this role can be reviewed at https://careers.brighthorizons.com/job-descriptions." That's substantive. Could be placed under a heading "Physical Requirements". But not in the allowed list. However the instruction says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't say we cannot use other headings, but it says "Use

for section headings (e.g ...)". Likely they expect us to use those headings only. But we have to preserve all substantive information; we cannot drop physical requirements. If we cannot create a heading for it, we could embed it under an existing heading like "Requirements" or "Qualifications". Probably best to put under "Requirements" as it's a requirement. Thus sections: - About the role (intro paragraph) - Responsibilities (ul) - Requirements (mandatory + physical requirements) - Qualifications (preferred) - Benefits (ul) - Pay (p with range and hiring incentive) We should not include Schedule. We must not repeat job title. Not include ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, accommodation, application instructions, deadline, etc. Also remove "Learn more at ..."? That's maybe part of benefits but it's a link; we could keep as part of benefits? The instruction says remove application instructions, but "Learn more at ..." is not application instruction; it's a link for benefits. Might be okay to keep as part of benefits? However it's a URL; we could keep as plain text. But it's not essential; we could keep it as part of benefits description. We also need to remove duplicated lines: The compensation appears twice; we should include once. Now craft HTML. We'll output:
