Job Description LEAP Academy University Charter School is seeking a dedicated, patient, and student-centered Kindergarten Instructional Assistant to support the classroom teacher in delivering instruction and fostering a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. The ideal candidate will assist with daily classroom activities, support students' academic and social-emotional development, and help establish a positive foundation for lifelong learning.
