About the role

The chosen candidate will be an EduStaff employee working at Independence Elementary. The starting date is August 17, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Assist in producing and organizing the learning environment, equipment and materials.
• Provide individual or small group student support.
• Provide other assistance as requested by the teachers.
• Lunchroom supervision.
• Playground supervision.
• Ability to walk long distances.
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
• Other appropriate duties as assigned.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate well to staff and students.
• Willingness to learn developmentally appropriate educational practices.

Benefits

• Monday - Friday schedule.
• $17 per hour - Instructional Aide (4 hours).
• $18 per hour - Lunch / Recess (up to 3 hours).
