About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team at Kinder's. Our mission is to serve high-quality meat, deli, and BBQ items while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

Responsibilities

• Treat customers politely, respectfully, and attentively.
• Stock counters, display refrigerators, salad bar, and steam table neatly and accurately according to the menu.
• Ensure all displayed foods are merchandised attractively according to standards.
• Display food under appropriate hot or cold conditions according to standards.
• Clean equipment and work station at the end of each day.
• Restock work station as needed.
• Apply knowledge of daily menu items, daily specials, and prices.
• Be able to explain all menu items effectively and accurately to customers.
• Demonstrate proper use of cash register and all cash handling procedures.

Requirements

Experience in customer service is essential. You should be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a positive attitude.

Qualifications

Skills
