The Opportunity

As a Kinaxis Solutions Architect, Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing supply chain operations and enhancing end-to-end visibility and collaboration within our Operations Consulting practice. You will work closely with clients to analyze supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness. In this client-facing role, you will provide guidance on technology and data analytics to create a connected and agile supply chain network.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and enhance efficiency
  • Developing operational strategies to streamline processes and improve productivity
  • Guiding teams in optimizing supply chain operations and improving end-to-end visibility
  • Utilizing technology and data analytics to create a connected and agile supply chain network
  • Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations
  • Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and develop skills outside their comfort zones
  • Addressing conflicts or issues with clients and stakeholders, escalating where appropriate
  • Upholding professional and technical standards, including the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
  • Establishing inventory levels and optimizing distribution channels for cost management
  • Implementing supply chain transformation strategies to drive business performance

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 4 years of experience

  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Aerospace Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Engineering Physics, Industrial and Operations Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Project Engineering & Management, Biomedical Science, Computer and Information Science, Data Processing/Analytics/Science
  • Demonstrating proficiency in Supply Chain Management Software
  • Excelling in strategic sourcing and procurement processes
  • Utilizing analytical thinking to optimize supply chain performance
  • Managing complex logistics and distribution channel optimization
  • Leading supply chain transformation initiatives with a focus on innovation
  • Embracing change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
