Kinaxis Rapid Response SCM Techno functional consultant

Position: Kinaxis Rapid Response SCM Techno functional consultant • Location: Remote • Contract‑to‑Hire • U.S. Citizenship required (no dual citizenship)

Responsibilities

Address user issues, resolve technical problems, manage tickets, perform product service requests and needed configuration updates. Interact with customer process consultants and SMEs, perform root cause analysis where required and improve processes.

Requirements

• 6‑10 years of experience in Kinaxis SCM modules
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required (without any dual citizenship)
• Issue resolution, root cause identification and analysis, recommend solution to complex issues
• Good understanding of software engineering practices and various business processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience and understanding of Manufacturing domain
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience and desire to work closely with customers
