About the role

This position requires experience in building and deploying Workbooks, troubleshooting them for daily support, and creating new ones. The candidate should understand business requirements and vision, and be able to propose solutions within the Kinaxis environment. They will also provide production support for any issues and provide details about AI modules like Demand.AI to set the future roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy Workbooks, troubleshoot for daily support, and create new ones.
• Understand and interpret business requirements and ask the right questions.
• Provide Production support for any issues (no admin work required).
• Provide details about AI modules in Kinaxis, particularly Demand.AI, to set the future roadmap.

Pay

Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

PTO Hours Coverage (09:00 AM to 05:00 PM PST), with extended stakeholders meetings post 05:00 PM (if planned).
