What You Will Do
- Deliver best-in-class experience to customers
- Identify clients’ needs and goals and assist them in finding and selecting appropriate products
- Demonstrate fundamental product knowledge (features, benefits, usage) and application techniques
- Maintain client relations through follow-up calls and emails
- Inform clients regarding product prices and special offers
- Generate sales to achieve sales target by applying brand selling method, product knowledge, and following basic service flow
- Maximize selling opportunity by linking-selling and cross-selling
- Maintain the counter/store quality and merchandising
- Maintain appearance and cleanliness of the store, merchandising, ensure on-shelf product availability
- Regularly attend all scheduled shifts
What You Need to Succeed
- Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred
- Customer service experience
- Great communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Must be 18 years or older
- Physical Environment: Must be able to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down a flight of stairs and/or ladder as necessary, and lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis
