About the role
We seek a Keyholder to assist the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and developing customer relationships. The Keyholder will also maintain a neat store, enforce policies, and train new employees.
Responsibilities
- Assist Store Manager in achieving sales goals
- Develop customer relationships for repeat business
- Execute short and long-term plans to support store strategy
- Maintain product and brand image
- Deliver a best-in-class customer experience
- Ensure customer service excellence
- Work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Perform open and close procedures
- Train new employees
- Effectively execute visual directives and customer service standards
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be willing to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month
- Must be physically capable of working on the sales floor, walking up and down stairs, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
Qualifications
- Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred
- Prior key holder experience preferred
- Customer service experience
- Communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Bilingual: Spanish or Mandarin preferred

Pay
$17-$19 per hour
Schedule
Must be available for 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month
