About the role

We are seeking a Keyholder to join the Kiehl’s family. This role involves assisting the Store Manager in achieving sales goals, providing excellent customer service, and managing the store's appearance and operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in achieving sales goals
• Develop customer relationships for repeat business
• Execute short and long-term plans to support store strategy
• Maintain a neat and organized store
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience
• Lead in productivity and punctuality
• Train new employees
• Enforce company policies and perform store procedures
• Execute visual displays and customer service standards

Requirements

• Experience in retail or cosmetics preferred
• Prior key holder experience preferred
• Customer service experience
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month
• High School Diploma or GED
• Age 18 or older

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin
• Physical ability to work on the sales floor, walk stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.
