About the role
At KidStrong, our mission is simple: help kids win at life. We build strong, confident, high-character kids through a science-based curriculum that develops the whole child — Brain, Body, and Character. A KidStrong class should be the best part of a kid's day, and our coaches make that happen. The work is active, visible, and meaningful every single day. If you bring high energy, a genuine love for kids, and you thrive in front of a group, this role is for you.

- Build authentic relationships by counting with and mentoring kids and families before, during, and after class
