About the role

We are a rapidly growing company in the DFW area that helps parents build stronger, smarter, and more athletic kids through our science-based curriculum. Our mission is to engage with parents and kids and make a positive impact on their lives.

Responsibilities

• Engage with parents and kids in our private training centers focused on brain, physical, and character development for ages 15 months to 11 years old.
• Teach our science-based curriculum designed to support the growth and development of young minds and bodies.
• Work with a team of professional coaches to provide a supportive and engaging environment for all participants.
• Communicate effectively with parents about our curriculum and answer any questions they may have.
• Adapt to a flexible work schedule based on studio needs, including weekday mid-mornings and evenings until 7 pm, and weekend hours starting at 8 AM and running through lunchtime.
• Opportunity to increase scheduled hours through private class coaching opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age range.
• Experience talking to and educating parents on our curriculum.
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
• CPR certified.
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-starter who can take initiative and get the job done.

Qualifications

• Passionate and enthusiastic about working with children and families.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule.
• Interest in supporting the growth and development of young minds and bodies.

Skills

• Experience coaching kids ages 15 months to 8 years old.
• Pediatric OT/PT experience.
• Effective communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate others.
