About the role

Join the Elite Coaching Team at KidStrong Omaha! We build stronger, smarter, and more confident kids through a science-based curriculum focused on brain, physical, and character development. You’ll lead high-energy classes, inspire families, and work with a tight-knit team in Omaha.

Responsibilities

• Run high-energy classes that combine athletic movements with character-building milestones for kids ages 15 months–11 years.
• Engage with parents to demonstrate how their child is progressing.
• Work alongside a professional, enthusiastic team in a fun environment.

Requirements

• Athletic background: understanding of body mechanics, exercise technique, and movement.
• Natural leadership: ability to command a room or gym and keep kids engaged.
• Strong interpersonal skills: ability to communicate professionally with parents and explain the purpose behind activities.
• Experience in coaching, camp counseling, pediatric OT/PT, or related fields.
• Reliability: a self-starter who shows up ready to perform every day.
• CPR certified (or willing to obtain certification).

Schedule

• Weekdays: 3:45/4 PM – 7:30/8 PM.
• Weekends: Saturday/Sunday mornings 8:30 AM – 1:30/2:30 PM.

Pay

Starting at $20.00 per hour, plus performance-based bonuses.
