As a KidStrong Coach, you’ll help children overcome challenges, believe in themselves and become the best version of themselves. What Is KidStrong? KidStrong is a child-development program that helps parents build strong, confident, high-character kids through structured 45-minute classes for children ages 12 months through 11 years. Our curriculum combines physical activity, character development and important life skills in a fun, fast-paced environment. Every class helps children develop confidence, teamwork, communication, perseverance, problem-solving and emotional regulation. At KidStrong, we help kids win at life! What You’ll Do Lead fun, structured 45-minute classes for children ages 12 months through 11 yearsHelp kids become stronger, more confident and better prepared for lifeEncourage children to try new things, overcome challenges and celebrate their progressTeach important skills such as teamwork, communication and perseveranceDemonstrate activities and keep students engaged and movingCreate a safe, positive and encouraging environmentCommunicate professionally with parents about their child’s progressWork alongside another coach to deliver an outstanding class experienceAssist with camps and birthday parties when availableWhat We’re Looking For Experience working with children through coaching, teaching, camps, childcare or youth programsEnergetic, confident and comfortable leading groupsDependable and able to arrive prepared and on timePositive attitude and strong communication skillsAthletic, coaching or fitness background preferredCPR certification or willingness to obtain itAvailability for some evening and weekend shiftsAvailable Hours Weekday mornings: 9:00 AM–12:00 PMWeekday evenings: 3:00 PM–7:30 PMWeekends: 8:30 AM–1:00 PMAdditional hours may be available through camps and birthday partiesWhy Join KidStrong?
