KidStrong Coach - Camp Bowie

About the role

At KidStrong, we help parents build stronger, smarter, more athletic kids. KidStrong is a milestone-accelerator for kids walking through 11 years old. We help parents discover their child’s superpowers and build future-ready kids who are confident making friends, running the playground, and raising their hand high in the classroom.

Responsibilities

• Coach children on brain, physical, and character development that stems from evolving monthly curriculum
• Speak to and educate parents on KidStrong curriculum
• Audit and evaluate center's coaches' performances and execution
• Manage class schedules (9am-11am weekdays, evenings until 7pm, weekends starting at 8AM)
• Assist with birthday party coaching hours

Requirements

• Prior experience in management is preferred but not required
• Prior experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age group is preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
• CPR certified
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
• Self-starter who just gets a job done

Flexible depending on studio needs, with weekday mornings and evenings, and weekend coverage from 8AM to lunchtime. Birthday party coaching opportunities available.
