Role & Schedule

• We are looking for individuals with an athletic or coaching background who ideally have experience coaching kids ages walking - 11 years old.
• The KidStrong Coach focuses on coaching children on cognitive, physical and character development that stems from evolving weekly curriculum.
• The ideal candidate must also be comfortable speaking to parents/guardians regarding “the why” behind KidStrong curriculum.
• Our classes run weekdays 9am-11am and evenings until 7pm. On weekends we start at 9AM and run through lunch time.
• There's additional opportunity to increase scheduled hours through private party and camp coaching hours.
• Candidate must be available to work the some or all of the following shifts to be considered:
• Weekday evenings: 3:45pm-7:30pm
• Saturday: 8:45am-1:30pm, 3:30-5:30pm (as needed for parties), 5:30pm-7:30pm (as needed for parties)
• Sunday: 8:45am-1:15

Qualifications

• Must be 17 or older
• Passion for working with children is non-negotiable!
• Prior experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age is preferred
• Prior experience speaking to and educating parents on KidStrong curriculum
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
• CPR certified
• Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills
• Self-starter who just gets a job done

Compensation

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
