What you'll do

• Coach small groups of kids through structured, evolving weekly curriculum focused on physical development, cognitive skills, and character building.
• Between classes, you'll connect with parents — explaining the "why" behind what their kids are working on and making them feel confident in the program.

What we're looking for

• The strongest candidates have a background in athletics, coaching, education, or child development.
• You don't need a perfect resume — you need to be great with kids, coachable, and reliable.
• Experience working with children ages 15 months–11 years (coaching, teaching, camp, pediatric PT/OT, etc.).
• Comfortable speaking with parents and explaining curriculum in plain language.
• Working knowledge of movement, exercise technique, or body mechanics.
• CPR certified or willing to get certified before your first class.
• High energy, positive attitude, team player — you show up and bring it every shift.

Schedule

• We Need Coaches Available During These Windows:
• Mon: 4–7 PM
• Tue/Thu: 3–6:30 PM
• Wed: 3–7:15 PM
• Fri: 4–6 PM
• Sat/Sun: 8 AM–1:30 PM

Part-time scheduling

• Additional hours are available through birthday parties and seasonal camps.

What we offer
