Responsibilities

• Coach Like a Pro: Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids walking to 11 years old
• Master of Curriculum: Understand the magic behind KidStrong's programs and communicate it with flair
• Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills like you're in a video game with our stellar training programs
• Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class – you’re the reason they love KidStrong!
• Ensure classes run smoothly and on time, every time
• Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong
• Assist in community events and center initiatives
• Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of our awesome center
• Be a mentor to other coaches, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• CPR Certified: Or Willingness to get it
• Safety First!

Qualifications

• Passion for Kids: Non-negotiable
• Coaching Background: Experience with kids aged walking - 11 years old
• Communication Whiz: Comfortably speak to parents and guardians
• Energetic & Fun: Bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class
• Mentorship Magic: Be a mentor to other coaches, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• CPR Certified: Or Willingness to get it
• Safety First!

Pay

$20 per hour

Schedule

Part-time availability, Must be available weekends and weekday afternoons
