Responsibilities
Coach small groups of kids through structured, evolving weekly curriculum focused on physical development, cognitive skills, and character building.
Between classes, you'll connect with parents—explaining the "why" behind what their kids are working on and making them feel confident in the program.
Requirements
- Background in athletics, coaching, education, or child development
- Experience working with children ages 15 months–11 years (coaching, teaching, camp, pediatric PT/OT, etc.)
- Comfortable speaking with parents and explaining curriculum in plain language
- Working knowledge of movement, exercise technique, or body mechanics
- CPR certified or willing to get certified before your first class
- High energy, positive attitude, team player—show up and bring it every shift
Schedule
- Mon: 4–7 PM
- Tue/Thu: 3–6:30 PM
- Wed: 3–7:15 PM
- Fri: 4–6 PM
- Sat/Sun: 8 AM–1:30 PM
Qualifications
