Responsibilities
- Coach Like a Pro: Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids walking to 11 years old
- Master of Curriculum: Understand the magic behind KidStrong's programs and communicate it with flair
- Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills like you're in a video game with our stellar training programs
- Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class – you’re the reason they love KidStrong!
- Ensure classes run smoothly and on time, every time
- Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong
- Assist in community events and center initiatives
- Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of our awesome center
Qualifications
- Passion for Kids: Non-negotiable
- Coaching Background: Experience with kids aged walking - 11 years old
- Communication Whiz: Comfortably speak to parents and guardians
- Energetic & Fun: Bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class
- Mentorship Magic: Be a mentor to other coaches, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR Certified: Or Willingness to get it
