Kids Sales Associate

Join the Macon Rooms To Go Sales Team as a Sales Associate in our KIDS furniture showroom! We welcome candidates with customer-service experience—including servers, bartenders, retail salespeople, real estate professionals, flight attendants, and others in service roles.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers
• Uncover customers’ home furnishing needs to help realize their design vision
• Generate sales through a consultative approach
• Build rapport using strong interpersonal and listening skills
• Encourage additional products to complete the room
• Work as a team to achieve sales goals
• Explain financing and protection plans
• Demonstrate product value and benefits that meet customer needs

Requirements

• Team player with drive and motivation to succeed
• Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and great listening skills
• 2+ years of retail sales experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to use tablets and touch screens
• Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)

Pay

Earnings average $50,000 – $70,000 per year, based on commission from sales productivity.
