About the Role
Organizes and supervises Kids parties and events. Partners with the Kids Leader to train, coach, and schedule team members. Identifies activities and lesson plans for parties or events, and provides supplies to team members beforehand. Collaborates with families to register and prepare for parties and events.
Responsibilities
- Supervises and assists team members with restocking, cleaning, and setting up party rooms and event spaces
- Trains and coaches party and event hosts
- Coordinates with other departments (Café, pool, etc.) to ensure parties run smoothly
- Ensures a quality experience and engagement for members and guests while providing supportive supervision of party hosts
- Greets, acknowledges, and interacts with members and their guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Facilitates organized party and event activities, ensuring children are active, interested, and safe throughout
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Ability to train and coach team members
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to sell and promote programs and services
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- At least 1 year of experience working with children
Pay
This is an hourly position with wages starting at $18.75 and up to $22.25, based on experience and qualifications.
