Kids Gymnastics Instructor

About the role
Teach parent-child classes and assist PreK classes in a morning position (roughly 8:30 AM–2:00 PM, Tuesday–Friday). Introduce kids to the serious fun of education and play using The Little Gym’s proven curriculum and teaching method. Provide outstanding customer service and create a warm, fun, and educational environment for every child.
Responsibilities
- Teach classes based on The Little Gym’s curriculum and teaching method (training provided).
- Deliver an exceptional membership experience by treating members like family.
- Create a welcoming, fun, and educational atmosphere for children in each class.
- Treat every class and child as if it’s their first day—every week.
- Engage with kids through movement, play, and imaginative activities.
Qualifications
- Love for working with children and ability to connect with both kids and parents.
- Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is helpful but not required.
- Outgoing, energetic, and fun-loving—someone who enjoys giving high-fives and playing like a child!
- Strong customer service skills; making others feel good makes you feel good.
- Ability to balance fun with professionalism—knowing when to buckle down and work.

Pay
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule
Morning position, roughly 8:30 AM–2:00 PM, Tuesday–Friday.
