About the role

Do you fit the profile?

- Passion for kids - Growth mindset - Sales & operational savvy - Leadership skills - Experience with children/fitness - Educational background (plus) - Communication skills - Tech proficiency

What you'll do

- Inspire and coach kids in classes (approximately 12 per week) - Build relationships with families - Drive sales and support operations

What you'll bring

- Strong educational background (plus) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Experience with Microsoft Office products

Certifications

- CPR Certified (must be obtained and kept current) - First Aid Certified (must be obtained and kept current) - EpiPen Certified (must be obtained and kept current)

Physical demands

- Active participation in classes - Bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, balancing, and lifting up to 50 pounds - Aerobic activity and sustained physical exertion - High energy and enthusiasm are a must!

Compensation

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
