Kids Events Party Lead

About the role

Provide a safe, caring, and fun environment for children during our events and birthday parties. Lead events and activities, encourage social interaction, and maintain a clean, secure space.

Responsibilities

- Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging atmosphere for children. - Plan and execute various activities suitable for different age groups. - Supervise children to ensure their safety and well-being. - Encourage positive social interactions among children. - Maintain cleanliness and security of the event space. - Communicate effectively with parents and other staff members.

Requirements

- Experience working with children. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing situations. - Knowledge of child development and safety guidelines. - Creativity and ability to think outside the box.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent. - CPR certification and First Aid training. - Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
