Kids Coach for Kids Training Program
About the role
KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals.
Responsibilities
- Coach Like a Pro: Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids walking to 11 years old (KS is introducing SOON a new class group for babies, so you must be comfortable with babies who aren't yet walking as well!)
- Master of Curriculum: Understand the magic behind KidStrong's programs and communicate it with flair.
- Be the Best: Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills like you're in a video game with our stellar training programs.
- Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class -- you're the reason they love KidStrong!
- Class Commander: Ensure classes run smoothly and on time, every time. No tardy bells here! (This means you are always a few minutes early for each shift and ready to ROCK each shift. We do NOT permit tardiness!)
- Family Connector: Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong. Think of yourself as the social glue that keeps everyone together.
- Master of all: Coach class, camps, parties, parents night out events, attend offsite events and anything else your center leaders might ask for!
- Event Enthusiast: Assist in community events and center initiatives. Party planner meets motivational speaker.
- Clean & Green: Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of our awesome center. Cleanliness is next to awesomeness!
Requirements
- Passion for Kids: Non-negotiable. You must love working with children.
- Coaching Background: Experience with kids aged walking - 11 years old (babies is a plus!). If you've coached a herd of cats, you're overqualified and also why did you do that? :-)
