Your New Role Pay Range: $18.00 - $19.37 / hour; based on experience. Responsibilities Hours: Our Kids Club Team Members create unforgettable experiences for Chuze members and their children. While guardians enjoy our club facilities, the Kids Club team ensures their children are active, entertained, engaged, and most of all, safe in our care. Provide a welcoming experience for every Chuze member, guest, and their children, including sign-ups, checking children in and out, answering phones, and running fun, enriching activities for childrenUphold a positive, friendly, and caring rapport with children and their guardians, prioritizing safety within the Kids Club and addressing guardian concerns as neededEnsure the club looks its best by completing and coordinating daily cleaning tasks to maintain an exceptionally clean and inviting space for members and their children in the Kids ClubSupport a seamless member experience by maintaining knowledge of general front desk operations, including membership offerings, club tours and amenities, and point-of-sale transactions Your Perks Free MAX Chuze Fitness membership401kDiscounts on all Chuze retail and Chuze Blends purchasesChuzer Referral Incentive ProgramFree First Aid/CPR and food handler certificationsEngaging and dynamic work environment with growth opportunities Requirements Your Skills: 18+ years of ageHigh school graduate or equivalentMinimum 1 year of previous childcare experienceExcellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills over the phone and in personAbility to maintain a positive rapport with childrenTeam-based mindset with the capacity to receive and deliver feedbackStrong attention to detail and multitasking skillsAbility to work varied hours, weekends, and opening/closing shifts regularly or as needed Preferences Previous customer service experienceBilingual Physical Abilities Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in EnglishAbility to walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive arm and hand movementsAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to operate a telephone, computer, and other standard office equipmentAbility to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently and heavier loads with assistance when needed Due to the nature of this role, the selected candidate must be able to pass a criminal background check.
