Kids Club Program Specialist

About the role

With the focus to support and advance the Edina Public Schools' mission, vision, and core values, the Kids' Club Program Specialist is responsible for planning and leading program staff and students in enriching activities, programs, and special events of the before, after school, and summer full-day school-aged childcare programs.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in recreation, education, child development, or a related field
• At least two (2) years of related work experience
• Required certifications and training upon hire or within six months of employment: CPR, First Aid, Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI), DHS Certification

Schedule

Full-time, 12-month position. 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Shifts vary.

Pay

The wage for this position ranges from $30.40 to $32.95 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. New hires will typically start at the entry-level rate within the wage range, while candidates with relevant experience may be placed at a higher starting rate.
